We meet in the morning in the Winter and the afternoon in the Summer.
This group meets on the 2nd Monday in the home of one of the members. They study a variety of crafts, helping each other to develop new skills.

The Craft Group invited a visitor, Stella, to their October meeting. On her retirement Stella took a lengthy course at the Royal School of Needlework at Hampton Court Palace. She spoke to the group about the various techniques she had mastered and showed beautiful examples of her work….shading, gold work, white work, appliqué etc as shown in the pictures. We have a talented Craft Group and they enjoyed chatting with Stella over a cup of tea and delicious homemade cake, thanks to our own Stella.
“ The craft group met on the 9th December to make some Christmas “starburst” decorations. Everybody had a lovely gluey time and went home with a complete (or almost complete) decoration after a coffee, a mince pie and a good chat!”
